I hired Steve from Colman's small building maintenance work as i wanted to make some changes to my house and also tackle some of those niggling jobs that i have had on my list for ages. The jobs that he undertook were as follows;

Replaced skirting boards and architraves

Replaced doors and door handles

Boxed in pipework

Erected curtain poles

Painted doors and walls

Replaced sliding wardrobe doors

Boarded loft and installed loft ladder

In terms of quality, i couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Everything is of a very high standard and Steve takes the time to add extra touches to make big difference to the overall look.

Steve is reliable and arrived everyday on time. Timeline and price breakdown are all explained at the start and he tidies up after work has been undertaken.

Steve is a highly skilled, hardworking and trustworthy and i would like to thank him for creating me a lovely home.
